I joined Anita’s yoga studio approximately 2 years ago, to increase my mobility. I was suffering from tight shoulders and a stiff back, which was causing significant discomfort during cycling and other physical activities. Anita introduced me to Ashtanga Yoga, where she taught me the fundamentals, and several poses targeting my hips and shoulders. As I progressed, my flexibility and core strength improved substantially, which translated to reduced pain during exercise and zero visits to the physiotherapist. Anita is an attentive teacher, highly knowledgeable and is always happy to offer practical advice to her students to help them achieve their goals. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
