Each student has a set of unique personal circumstances influencing what is appropriate for them in a yoga practice and learning context. As much as possible, I tailor a student’s practice to counteract any physical or mental tendencies that may be present for them. I aim to be approachable and sincere as I encourage my students to ask questions and to feel and understand what is happening in their own body. My goal is for my students to develop self-awareness, confidence and a clear understanding of alignment principles so that they develop healthy habits as ongoing, independent and knowledgeable practitioners.
